Milk of Amnesia v. Tropic We developed a recipe for Milk of Amnesia v. Tropic in collaboration with our British friends from Anarchy Brewing Co. in 2018. This is our most difficult-to-brew beer.

Milk of Amnesia v. Tropic gets its unique flavor from a combination of pineapple, mango and passion fruit juice and lactose, as well as Columbus, Pekko and Magnum hops. This is a full-bodied, hazy and smooth beer with creamy notes. The tropical fruits accentuate a silky mouthfeel and compliment it with some astringency. Milk of Amnesia v. Tropic is dry-hopped, which brings out its tropical aroma and balances the sweetness in the body.
